We offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy for clothing items within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our support team to initiate the process.

EXCHANGE

Within 7 days after purchase, we only accept unopened, unwashed returns of the original tags. If we send the wrong sizes, we provide an exchange. If a customer does not fit the ordered sizes, we also offer a replacement. In this situation, the customer will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the new product and return the old one to the courier services. RETURN

Only if the goods are found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please return the items. The product must be returned by the consumer at his own expense to the address we have supplied through traceable delivery, such as a courier or registered mail. The cost of delivery is not refundable. Within seven days of purchase, we only accept unworn, unwashed products with their original tags for returns. REFUND

If your product was damaged, flawed, or incorrect, you can always return it, and we will give you a store credit for the full amount of your order's purchase price (shipping and discounts are excluded from this).

Please be aware that we cannot provide cash back for returned items. Store credit will be given to customers who return items for a refund. There is no compensation for shipping expenses of any kind.
